| 摘 要： | 随着工业的发展,环境中铅的污染越来越严重,根据最近几年的文献报道,孕妇铅中毒的比例达10%～20%,存在地区性差异。孕期低水平的铅暴露可能间接地通过母体对胎儿产生各种不良影响,进而对婴儿的体格、智能、情绪发育及神经系统等有一定程度的影响。文章对血铅水平的可能影响因素、孕期铅暴露对胎儿和婴幼儿的影响及机制、铅中毒的监测与预防措施进行综述。
