成都周边地区健康农民血脂水平参考值的研究

目的 确定本地区健康农民血脂项目的参考值及其临床意义。方法 对381名健康农民献血员血脂相关指标进行检测，将检测结果进行统计分析，建立其参考范围，与本实验室现行血脂参考范围进行比较。381名献血员按性别、年龄分组，观察其差异。结果 ①低密度脂蛋白（LDL）和载脂蛋白B（ApoB）与本实验室现行血脂参考值的差异较大。②按性别分组后，高密度脂蛋白（HDL）与载脂蛋白A（ApoA）的性别差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），其结果分别为，HDL：男性1.50±0.37mmol／L，女性：1.39±0.29mmol／L；ApoA：男性1.49±0.28（g/L），女性1.40±0.19（g/L）。③按年龄段分组后，总胆固醇（Chol）在不同年龄段差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），其结果分别为：18～35岁4.48±0.73mmol／L，36～45岁4.92±0.90mmol／L，46～55岁5.08±0.95mmol／L。结论不同的区域和不同的人群有必要建立血脂项目的参考范围，对临床诊断和治疗有一定指导意义。

Study on reference value of serum lipoprotein in healthy peasants in areas around Chengdu

Objective To determine the reference value and clinical significance of serum lipoprotein in healthy peasants in areas around Chengdu. Methods The results of blood lipoprotein level of 381 healthy farmers were analyzed and their reference range was established. Their results were compared with current reference value of blood lipoprotein in laboratory of this hospital. 381 blood donors were divided into groups according to their sex and age, and differences among groups were observed. Results ①The values of LDL （mmol/L） and ApoB （g/L） had differences compared with the current reference values of blood lipoprotein.②The values of HDL（mmol/L） and ApoA（g/L） had significant differences between two sex groups. The mean value of HDL in males was 1.50±0.37 mmol/L and and it was 1.39±0.29 mmol/L in females （P〈0.01 ）. The mean value of ApoA in males was 1.49±0.28 （g/L） and it was 1.40±0.19 （g/L） in females （P〈0.01 ）.③The mean value of Cholesterol had significant difference among groups with different ages, it was 4.48±0.73 mmol/L in 18～35 years age group, 4.92±0.90 mmol/L in 36～45 years age group, and 5.08±0.95mmol/L in 46～55 years age group （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion It＇s necessary for different population in different areas to establish reference values of serum lipoprotein, thus it may provide guideline for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
