| 摘 要： | 88例分为冠心病心绞痛组、可疑冠心病组、“健康组”进行潘生丁试验(DP—T)。结果显示DP—T对冠心病的诊断具有很高的敏感性(90.5％)和特异性(100％),有助于冠心病的早期诊断,尤其适用于基层医院。

| Abstract: | The value of the dipyridamole test (DP-T) in the diagnosis of angina pectoris was studied in 42 patients with angina pectoris and in 18 subjects of the control group. The results showed that DP-T had high sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of CHD, being helpful in the early diagnosis of CHD and being suitable for grass-roots hospitals. |
