红霉素、阿奇霉素治疗早期小儿支原体肺炎32例临床观察

目的探讨小儿支原体肺炎早期用红霉素、阿奇霉素治疗的临床疗效。方法对就诊时未明确病原体的46例肺炎患儿先用红霉素类药物治疗,给予阿奇霉素5～10mg/（kg.d）或红霉素25mg/（kg.d）静脉用药。经检测肺炎支原体抗体（MP-IgM）阳性的32例,继续用阿奇霉素治疗（疗程满7～10d后改口服,服3d,停4d）3～4周;并设确诊的肺炎支原体肺炎30例为对照组。结果支原体肺炎早期用红霉素、阿奇霉素治疗,比确诊后再换用红霉素、阿奇霉素治疗在发热、咳嗽、肺部体征改善、消失方面均有显著效果,两组治愈率经统计学处理后进行比较,均有显著效果（P〈0.05）;而普通肺炎患儿也未出现病情恶化,同期治愈。结论支原体肺炎早期用红霉素、阿奇霉素治疗的疗效满意,可缩短病程,减少并发症的发生,有较高的临床实用价值。

The clinical investigate of the effect of erythromycin,azithromycin for the teratment of 32 cases children with early mycoplasma Pneumoniae pneumomia

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of erythromycin drugs for the treatment of children with early myeoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods 46 cases children with pnumonia were treated with injection azithromycin 5 -10 nag（ kg ·d） or erythromycin 25 m/（ kg ·d）since the admitted day before e- tiology diagncsed. The same treatment continude in the 32 cases of them with MP-IGM test positive for 7 - 10 days,after that they were treaed with oral azithromyein for 3 -4 weeks. 30 children （control group）with myeoplama pneumoniae pneumoia were treatde with azithromycin or erythromycin after etoloty diagnosed. Results There is no significant difference in cure rate between the two groups. But it takes less time for the temperature drop to normal and cough and role to disappear and has lower rate of complications than the control group, and meanwhile for the children with common pneumonia （P 〈 0.05 ） ; they did not get worse and got cured at the same time. Conclusion It can shorten disease courses and down the rate of complications to treat with before e- tiology diagnosed, thus has very high clinical effect in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
