| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多种视觉电生理联合对比敏感度检查对原发性开角型青光眼早期诊断的敏感性,为临床早期诊断提供客观敏感的指标。方法选择42例(60只眼)POAG患者30例(60只眼),可疑性青光眼患者30例(60只眼),正常对照者行图形视网膜电图(P-ERG)、图形视诱发电位(P-VEP)及对比敏感度(CS)检查。结果 P-ERG的N95潜伏期延长较敏感;P-VEP的P100波振幅降低,潜伏期延长但与对照组无明显差异;可疑与正常对照组比较,对比敏感度在18.0c/d阈限升高(P<0.01);青光眼组与正常对照组对比敏感度比较在12.0c/d、18.0c/d阈限升高(P<0.01)。结论 P-ERG、P-VEP及CS联合检测,对于发现POAG早期发生的视网膜视神经损害,是一种敏感性较高的检测手段,对POAG的早期诊断有较好的意义。如眼底、视野未出现明显异常,P-ERG与CS的异常率较高。
