| 摘 要： | 目的探讨桡骨带血管骨瓣结合克氏针治疗腕舟骨骨不连的临床效果。方法采取腕背侧血管网的分支动脉进行逆行转位,制成的桡骨带血管骨瓣结合克氏针治疗13例腕舟骨骨不连,术中保留桡骨茎突。结果本组随访4~12个月,复查X线所有患者骨折均愈合,术前囊性变区可见骨小梁通过,骨折线均于16周内消失;腕部疼痛以及腕关节桡偏及背伸受限等症状、体征消失。本组术后疗效优9例,良4例,优良率100%。结论采用桡骨带血管骨瓣转位结合克氏针内固定治疗腕舟骨骨不连效果满意。
