| 摘 要： | 目的探讨采用吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术（PPH）治疗急性嵌顿性混合痔（AIIH）的临床疗效及对肛门控便功能的影响。方法采用PPH手术治疗病例78例,分为嵌顿痔组和混合痔组,对术后疗效及并发症进行分析。结果术后两组疗效及控便机能的变化无明显差异;嵌顿痔术前术后直肠静息压、直肠排便收缩压、肛管静息压的变化有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,肛管最大收缩压变化无明显差异（P〉0.05）;术后肛管直肠测压两组无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论嵌顿痔是痔病理发展的严重阶段,PPH手术适用急性嵌顿混合痔。
