摘    要:目的 进行开腹与腔镜手术对腹腔粘连程度的临床对比研究,为腔镜手术减少和治疗腹腔粘连提出新的理论依据.方法 根据既往腹部手术史分为两组:一组为开腹手术史组(A组),一组为腹腔镜手术史组(B组).通过术前B超和术中探查方法,观察两组患者术前、术中腹腔粘连程度,进行统计学分析.结果 术前B超或术中探查:A组和B组粘连程度比较...

Abstract:Objective To examine the degree of abdominal adhesion after laparoscopic surgery and laparotomy. Methods Patients were divided into two group according to the operative history: Laparotomy group and laparoscopic surgery group. The degree of abdominal adhesion was determined by B type ultrasound before surgery and was evaluated directly during the course of operation. Results There was significantly difference in the adhesion degree between two groups before the operation or during the operation(P 〈 0.05). However,there was no difference in the adhesion degree in every patient between the resuits obtained by B type ultrasound and those found in the operative exploration( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion B type ultrasound was a reliable diagnosis method in the clinical practicee for abdominal adhesion evaluation. Compared with laparotomy, laparoscopic operation could prevent and lessen postoperative abdominal adhesion obviously. B type ultrasound has the same value as laparoscopic exploration in the aspect of evaluation of abdominal adhesion.
