| 摘 要： | 分析中医治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的远期疗效。随访分型治疗 7年后的远期疗效。结果 ,4 0例中进步 8例 ,稳定 2 8例 ,复发 4例。结论 ,补肾健脾养血活血治疗慢性再障 ,具有良好的远期疗效 ,且以阴阳两虚型 ,采用阴阳双补者为佳。

| Abstract: | To observe short term and seven year long term curative effects of Chronic Aplastic Anemia(CAA).Methods:To treat 40 patients with syndrome typing of TCM.Results:of 40 patients,8 cases were improved,28 cases stabilized and 4 recurred.Conclusion:The long term curative effect on treatment of CAA with tonifying the kidney,invigorating the spleen,nourishing blood and activating blood were better,expecially,the treatment of the patients both Yin and Yang Deficiency with nourishing both Yin and Yang was best. |
