| 摘 要： | 综述了近年关于中医药防治柯萨奇 B3 病毒性心肌炎(CVB3 - VMC) 的实验室研究。其中单味中药以黄芪、人参、苦参等为主 ,中药复方则以多种自制方药 ,通过离体细胞培养和柯萨奇 B3 病毒亲心肌株 (CVB3 m) 诱导 VMC的整体动物实验模型 ,采用微量细胞培养、同位素示踪、细胞微电极、血清药理学、分子杂交等技术和方法 ,从抑制 CVB3 m繁殖、调节细胞免疫作用、保护心肌细胞的角度进行较深入的实验室研究。

| Abstract: | The article summarized the advancement of experimental studies on the traditional Chinese medicine to Prevent and Cure Coxsackievirus B3(CVB3)induced myocarditis.The studies were carried mainly on single Chinese herb such as Astragalus|Panax |Radix Sophorece Flavescentis and some compound traditional Chinese medicine,using minim cell culture technique,isotopes tracing technique,cell milielectrode technique,molecular biology technique and serological pharmacology methods,with cell culture in vitro and mouse virus model induced by Coxsackievirus B3.These studies suggested that Traditional Chinese Medicine can inhibit the proliferation of CVB3 ,protect the cardi-myocyte and adjust cellular-immunity. |
