| 摘 要： | 探讨强骨煎剂对雌性大鼠切除卵巢后骨代谢的影响 ,将雌性大鼠切除卵巢分为实验对照组、强骨高组、强骨低组、龙牡组、乙烯雌酚组 ,分别以相应药物灌胃 ,3个月后处死 ,观察强骨煎剂对骨密度、血清骨钙素 (BGP) 、尿羟脯氨酸(HOP) 等骨代谢指标的影响 ,并与龙牡壮骨冲剂、乙烯雌酚组作对照。结果 ,与实验对照组比较 ,强骨煎剂能明显提高骨密度及骨矿含量(P<0 .0 1) ,能明显抑制骨吸收(P<0 .0 1) ,其中骨密度及骨矿含量高于龙牡壮骨冲剂、乙烯雌酚组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,并证实了强骨煎剂有一定的量效关系。强骨煎剂能有效地抑制骨吸收 ,提高雌性去势大鼠的骨密度 ,作用优于乙烯雌酚、龙牡壮骨冲剂。

| Abstract: | To study the effect of Qianggu decoction (QGD) on bone turnover and bone less after ovariectomy in female rats.The female Wistar rats,six months old,were treated with QGD,LMZG and Diethylstilbestrol divided.All rats were sacrificed after treatment for three months and observed the effect of QGD on BMD,BGP,HOP in blood and compare with LMZG and Diethylstilbestrol.Compared with OVX group,QGD could inhabit the bone resorption and increase the BMD,and its BMD is higher than that of LMZG group and Diethylstilbestrol group( P <0.05).QGD is more effective to inhibit bone resorption and increase the BMD and BMC. |
