眼针疗法对急性脑缺血家兔再灌注的影响

为探讨眼针疗法治疗中风后遗症的作用机理、探讨眼针改善脑缺血再灌注的机理 ,制作了急性脑缺血家兔模型 ,通过测定血浆及脑组织中 TXB2 、6- keto- PGF1α、TXB2 / 6- keto- PGF1α、A 及 L PO含量 ,观察家兔急性脑缺血时及眼针前后的各项指标变化。其结果 ,眼针疗法可使缺血后增高的血中TXB2 、TXB2 / 6- keto- PGF1α及 LPO明显降低 (P<0 .0 5、P<0 .0 1) ,使血中 A 增高 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,使脑组织中的因缺血而增高的 TXB2 、6- keto- PGF1α降低 ,并能使脑组织中的 6- keto- PGF1α增加 ,使脑组织的 A 含量增加 ,而对血中 6- keto- PGF1α影响不大(P>0 .0 5 ) 。说明眼针疗法能明显改善脑缺血再灌注 ,对急性脑缺血家兔具有较好的治疗作用 ,为临床眼针治疗中风提供了理论依据

Influence of the Eye Acupuncture Therapy on Acute Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfution Rabbit

To inquire into the mechanism of action which the eye acupuncture treat the apoplexy sequel and improve cerebral ischemia-reperfution;the rabbit model of acute cerebral ischemia were made.Through assay content of TXB 2,6 keto PGF 1α ,TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α ,AⅡ and LPO in plasma and brain tissue each was observed target's changement.It is conclusion that the eye acupuncture therapy can reduce obviously TXB 2,TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α and LPO in plasma which add after ischemia ( P<0.05,P<0.01) and inrease AⅡ (P<0.05) .The eye acupuncture therapy decrease TXB 2,TXB 2/6 keto PGF 1α in brain tissue and increase 6 keto PGF 1α ,AⅡ in brain tissue,but seldom influence 6 keto PGF 1α in blood (P>0.05) .It showed that the eye acupuncture therapy can apparently improve cerebral ischemia-reperfution and treat fairly well acute cerebral ischemia rabbit.It offered the theory basis for the treatment to apoplexy.
