253例健康人不同部位光电血管容积图检测分析

探讨健康人不同部位光电血管容积图参数的正常参考值 ,应用 BC- 4型定量式光电血管容积仪对健康受检者两侧面颊、舌背尖部、两手无名指甲床、两手寸口脉(桡动脉 ) 关部分别进行检测及分析。结果 ,不同部位中反映心脏搏动的时间指标和反映心脏功能的比值指标则完全一致 ;而反映血管状态、血流状态的波幅、角度、面积及其比值指标则因部位改变而测值不同。结论 ,光电血管容积图能较好地反映心脏、血管系统的功能和血液的状态。

Analysis on 253 Cases with Photoplethysmogram on Different Positions of Normal Adults

Objective:To analyze the reference value of photoplethysmogram on different positions of normal adults.Methods:To examine and analyze the photoplethysmogram of the cheeks,linguales,nail matrixes of ring fingers and cunkou(radial artery)of normal adults with BC-4 photoplethysmograph.Results:It is consistent the indexes of time reflecting cardiac pulsation and of specific value reflecting cardiac function on different positions.It is distinct from indexes of amplitude,angle,area and ratio reflecting the bloodflow on different positions.Conclusion:Photoplethysmogram can reflect the angiocardiopathy function and blood condition.
