| 摘 要： | 对 94例股骨头坏死患者进行中医分型辨治 ,并配合适宜的外治法 ,随访 1 2～ 3 6个月 ,治疗有效率达 93 .6%。结果提示中医分型辨治股骨头坏死疗效确实 ,并以早期诊断与治疗效果为佳。

| Abstract: | cases of femoral head of necrosis that were treated in 1995~1998 years are reported in this paper.The diagnosis and treatment of these cases were based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patients' condition,in the meantime,the internal remedy was combined with the external ones.All of cases were followed up for 12~36 months,the effective rate of them reached 93.6%.The result shows that the therapy of TCM on femoral head of necrosis is excellent,and emphasizes the significance of early diagnosis and treatment. |
