小儿肾重复畸形的B型超声诊断：与静脉肾盂造影术对比分析

目的 研究Ｂ型超声和静脉肾盂造影术（ＩＶＰ）对小儿肾重复畸形（以下称重肾）的影像诊断价值。方法 回顾性对比分析了３２例（３４个）经病理证实的重肾的手术发现，Ｂ超和ＩＶＰ的影像表现。结果 １２例重度积水型重肾，Ｂ超对９例作出诊断，２例提示诊断，面ＩＶＰ仅对４例提示性诊断，１１例轻－中度积水型重肾，Ｂ超对１０例作出诊断，而ＩＶＰ对５例作出诊断，３例提示性诊断；８例发育不良型重肾，Ｂ超对５例作出诊断例提

B ultrasound diagnosis of renal duplication anomaly in children:comparative study with intravenous pyelography

Objective To study the diagnostic value of B ultrasound(BUS) in the diagnosis of childhood renal duplication anomaly(CRDA) in comparison with intravenous pyelography(IVP).Methods Thirty two cases (34 anomalies) CRDA proved by pathology were included into the study.The imaging manifestation of BUS and IVP were restrospectively analysed in accordance with surgical findings.Results For 12 CRDA cases with severe hydronephrosis,BUS was diagnostic in 9 cases and suggestive in 2 cases,while IVP was only suggestivc in 4 cases;For 11 cases with mild to moderate hydronephrosis,BUS made correct diagnosis for 10 cases,IVP was correct in 5 cases;For 8 CRDA of maldeveloped type,BUS made diagnosis for 5 and was suggestive for 1,IVP was correct for 2;For 3 cases CRDA of developed type,IVP was correct for all while BUS was correct only for 1 case.Conclusions BUS is superior to IVP in the imaging diagnosis of CRDA with better abnormality detection and characterization.The combined use of BUS and IVP will further improve the diagnostic accuracy for CRDA.B ultrasounddia
