| 摘 要： | 目的 :建立风疹病毒特异性IgM诊断试剂的技术方法并应用于临床。方法 :对传统的间接ELISA方法进行了改良 ,定性检测人血清中风疹病毒IgM。结果及结论 :本法克服了类风湿因子 (RF)和特异性IgG对实验的干扰 ;与HSV 1、HSV 2和HCMV抗原无交叉反应 ;具有快速、敏感、特异性强、重复性好等优点。在 16 5例临床可疑风疹病例中检出阳性 142例 ,用进口风疹病毒捕获法试剂盒检出阳性 133例 ,阴阳符合率为 84.0 %。

| Abstract: | Objective:To create a rapid ELISA method for the detection of RuV/IgM and apply it to clinical practice.Methods:A reformed ELISA Reagent was developed and specific IgM antibodies to RuV in human sera were assayed.Results and Conclusion:This method did not intercross with HSV-1,HSV-2 and HCMV and this assay is considered as a technique of rapid and high sensitivity,good specificity and simplicity.142 samples were detected as positive in 165 samples of RuV dubious infections.These samples of RuV dubious infections were determined by our ELISA method of RuV/IgM and American captured-IgM ELISA reagent,and the results were highly comparative.The positive and negative coincidence rate was 84.0%. |
