纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停42例

目的　观察纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停的疗效。方法　 81例入选患儿随机分成二组 ,二组患儿均给予氨茶碱等治疗 ,观察组在此基础上加用纳洛酮治疗 ,疗程 1周 ,观察二组患儿原发性呼吸暂停发生的时间和次数、心率 (HR)、经皮血氧饱和度 (SpO2 )等 ,判断疗效 ,进行统计学分析。结果　对照组总有效率 79.49% ,观察组总有效率 95 .2 4 % ,经统计学处理 ,差异有统计学意义 ,观察组显效的例数 (32 / 4 2 )也优于对照组 (1 7/ 39) (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　纳洛酮联合氨茶碱治疗早产儿原发性呼吸暂停的疗效显著 ,不良反应少 ,值得临床推广。

NALOXONE AND AMINOPHYLLINE IN PRIMARY PREMATURE APNEA:A REPORT OF 42 CASES

Objective To observe the clinical outcome of Naloxone and Aminophylline in treating primary premature apnea. Methods 81 premature infants were randomly divided into treatment group(n=42) and control group(n=39). Subjects in the control group were given basic treatment and Aminophylline. Subjects in the treatment group were treated with medication in the control group and Naloxone.Duration of treatment was one week.The clinical outcome was measured with times and duration of apnea,heart rate,SpO 2. The statistical analysis was performed with chis-square and t-test. Results The total effective rate in the control group and the treatment group were 79.49% and 95.24%.Effective cases in treatment group(32/42) was significantly higher than those of control group(17/39)(P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of Naloxone and Aminophylline is effective in treatment of premature apnea,and has less side effects.
