基于符号互动论视角的医患沟通分析

符号互动论是当代社会学的主要流派之一,社会学家运用符号互动论致力于社会行为、人际关系的研究。医患关系是社会人际关系中的重要组成部分,从微观层面看,医患关系是一种医务人员与患者之间面对面的互动关系。本文基于符号互动论视角,对南京市某三甲医院近3年的医患沟通案例进行深入分析,积极探寻医患沟通问题产生的原因,并提出改善医患互动关系的合理化建议,即领悟与扮演好社会角色,关注非语言符号的运用,鼓励双向交互式沟通,掌握沟通的策略技巧。

Analysis of Doctor - patient Communication with the Perspective of Symbolic Interactionism

Symbolic interactionism is one of the main schools of contemporary sociology. Sociologists use symbolic interactionism to study the social behavior and interpersonal relationship, The doctor - patient relationship is an important part of social relationship. On the micro - level, it is a face -to -face interaction between medical staff and patients. In this paper, based on the perspective of symbolic interactionism, we analyze the doctor - patient communication cases in one grade A hospital of Nanjing in nearly three years, actively explore the reason of the communication problem, and finally put forward reasonable suggestions to improve the doctor - patient interaction, including realizing and playing the social role well, using non - word symbolic more, encouraging the face - to - face interaction communication and grasping the countermeasure methods of communication.
