| 摘 要： | 卫生法学实践教学存在实践教学计划安排不合理、实践教学资源匮乏、实践教学手段形式化等问题,而诊所法律教育具有诸多优势,将其应用于医学院校卫生法学课程的实践教学中,对提高卫生法学教学质量具有重要作用。文章从加强卫生法律诊所基地建设、开设诊所法律教育课程、多途径经费筹集和师资队伍建设问题、建立科学的法律诊所管理制度等方面进行了设计,以提高学生运用理论知识解决实际问题的能力。

| Abstract: | There are some lacks including plan deviation, resources and methods formalization in traditional practice teaching method of health law, while there are many advantages in clinic legal education and it can be applied to health law course practice teaching in medical colle- ges. The article is designed from strengthening the education of health law clinic bases, offering clinical legal education courses, solving the issues of funds and teachers through multi - path, establishing scientific legal clinic management system and others. |
