摘    要:医学模式的转变极大地丰富了医学生职业价值观的内容,对医学生的职业价值观教育提出了更高层次、更加具体的要求.为提高医学生职业价值观教育的针对性和实效性,使其更加符合社会主义核心价值观的具体要求和实现我国当前的医学教育目的,本文在对医学生人本主义职业价值观教育的内涵进行界定的同时,从传统教育模式、传统教育理念及教育渠道3个层面,分析了对医学生进行职业价值观教育过程中人本主义缺失的原因,强调职业价值观教育过程中,在推崇人本理念、坚持以人为本、提高人文关怀的前提下,提出强化人本意识、突出“双主体”地位及拓展教育渠道和领域等优化措施,使医学生树立人本主义的职业价值观.

Abstract:Changes in the medical model has greatly enriched the content of medical students professional values, professional values of medical students of a higher education level, more specific requirements. In view of this, in order to improve the relevance and effectiveness of medical students'professional values education to make it more in line with the specific requirements of the socialist core values and achieve the purpose of medical education in our country, the author of the medical students in the humanistic values education professional connotation define the same time, from the traditional mode of education, educational philosophy and traditional channels of three levels of education, analyzes the causes of occupational medical students the humanistic values of the educational process is missing, and professional values emphasized in the ed- ucational process, the respected person under this philosophy, adhere to the people - oriented, to improve the humane care, put forward to strengthen the consciousness of people, highlighting the " double body" position and expand the areas of education channels and optimization measures, so that medical students to establish professional values of humanism.
