阶段性教学在武汉市某医学院校护理学专业本科实习教学中的应用

护理是一门实践性很强的学科,临床实习是毕业前重要的教学环节,临床实践经验的获得是一个从初级到高级逐步实现的过程。护理本科生是未来临床护理工作的核心力量,需要对他们在医学院校按照教学大纲进行系统的教育和培训,如何适应他们的教学要求和个人能力,系统地提升他们的综合素质,给临床教师带来巨大的挑战。适应本科护理教学,为了使本科临床护理教学具有阶段性、针对性和目标性,本院与本科学院根据本科护生特点,按照“护理计划与实施”要求共同制定阶段性教学计划并实施,同时探讨阶段性教学方法在临床护理学专业本科实习教学中的应用。

Application of Stage Teaching for Undergraduate Nursing Students in a Hospital in Wuhan

Nursing is a practical subject, while clinical practice is a very important step to graduation. Acquiring clinical experience is a process of moving from primary level to senior level. Nursing students will be the core force in clinical nursing work. They accept systematic education and training in university, so how to achieve the requirements of courses, enhance students＇practical capability and comprehensive quality is great challenge for clinical teachers. In order to meet the needs of undergraduate nursing teaching, make the clinical nursing teaching has its specific stages, aim and target, a stages teaching plan was formulated and implemented considering the requirements of ＂planning and implemen- tation of nursing＂ and characteristics of undergraduate nursing students. This plan aims at exploring the applications of stages teaching method in the nursing clinical practice teaching.
