基于加权秩和比法的南京市三级综合医院创新能力综合评价

目的：探讨加权秩和比法（WRSR）在三级综合医院创新能力评价中的应用，为南京市三级综合医院及有关部门进行医院创新能力评价与管理提供方法和实证分析依据。方法：采用WRSR对南京市7所三级综合医院的创新能力进行综合评价；根据分档要求，对评价结果进行排序分档。结果：7家三级综合性医院分为好、中、差3个等级，编号H1、H3医院创新能力为好，编号H2、H4、H6、H7医院为中，编号H5医院为差，研究结果与各医院实际情况一致。结论：加权秩和比法实用性好，计算过程简便，评价结果可靠，能够对三级综合医院创新能力做出科学的评价，客观地反映南京市医院的创新能力。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Third- level General Hospital Innovation Capacity in Nanjing on Weight Rank Sum Ratio Method

Objective ：To explore the application of weighted rank sum ratio （WRSR） method in evaluation of third - level general hospital innovation capacity in Nanjing, and provide method and empirical analysis basis for hospitals and managements. Methods ：7 third -level general hospitals were sorted by evaluating their hospital innovation using WRSR methods. Results：The 7 third- levelgeneral hospitals were divided into three levels：the hospitals numbered 1 and 3 was excellent, numbered 2,4,6,7 was medium, numbered5 was bad, the results are consistent with the actual situation. Conclusion： WRSR method is a valuable and simple instrument to make a scientific assessment of innovation capacity of third -level general hospital in Nanjing, and it can reflect the innovation capacity of hospitals in Nanjing.
