冠状动脉支架术后患者下肢骨折围术期抗栓治疗观察

目的探讨冠状动脉支架置入术后患者行下肢骨折手术围术期抗栓治疗的安全性及有效性。方法选取已行冠状动脉药物洗脱支架(DES)置入术后1年内,限期行下肢骨折手术的患者37例,根据患者支架内血栓形成风险、围术期出血风险及兼顾考虑下肢深静脉血栓形成风险,围术期采取阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙的抗栓策略。结果 37例患者围术期无支架内血栓形成,无严重大出血发生,所有患者术后超声未见下肢深静脉血栓形成。结论冠状动脉药物洗脱支架置入术后1年内患者行下肢骨折手术,围术期采用阿司匹林联合低分子肝素钙抗栓治疗安全有效。

Perioperative antithrombotic strategy in patients after coronary stenting to undergo surgery for fracture of lower limb

Objective To study perioperative antithrombotic strategy in the patients after coronary stenting to undergo surgery for fracture of lower limb, in order to evaluate its efficacy and safety. Methods A total of 37 patients after coronary stenting who were to undergo surgery for fracture of lower limb were enrolled in the study. Perioperative antithrombotic strategy of aspirin combined with low molecular heparin was used, according to the risk of stent thrombosis, the perioperative risk of surgical bleeding and the risk of deep venous thrombosis. Results Neither stent thrombosis nor severe surgical bleeding happened during perioperation. All of the 37 patients had no deep venous thrombosis. Conclusion Perioperative antithrombotic strategy of aspirin combined with low molecular heparin is safe and efficient for the patients after coronary stenting to undergo surgery of fracture of lower limb.
