南京市三级综合医院创新能力评价指标体系研究

摘    要:目的:构建科学、全面、可操作性强的南京市三级综合医院创新能力评价指标体系。方法:采用德尔菲法经过3轮专家咨询确定指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各级指标权重值。结果:专家咨询的可靠性较好,构建了由4个一级指标、9个二级指标和36个三级指标构成的南京市三级综合性医院创新能力评价指标体系,并确定了一级、二级、三级指标的权重值。结论:三级综合性医院创新能力评价指标体系可靠性较好,结果具有合理性,可用于南京市三级综合性医院的创新能力评价。

Study on Innovation Capacity Evaluation Index System of Third - tier General Hospital in Nanjing

Abstract:Objective: To build a scientific, comprehensive and operational innovation capacity evaluation index of third - tier general hospi- tal in Nanjing. Methods:Building index system with three rounds of Delphi method, analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weight of these indicators. Results :The specialist consultation is reliable. The index system consists of 4 level - 1 indicators, 9 level -2 indicators and 36 level -3 indicators. And the weights of these indexes were also determined. Conclusion:The result of innovation capacity evaluation index system is reliable, and it could he applied to evaluate the innovation capacity of third - tier general hospital in Nanjing.
