| 摘 要： | 细胞培养是现代生物技术在药物领域中研究与应用的一个重要组成部分，利用细胞培养技术研究蒙药是蒙药现代化和走向世界的突破口，如何把细胞培养技术利用到蒙药的开发与研究中是待于解决的问题。利用细胞培养技术可以培育蒙药材新品种、保存珍稀濒危种质资源、开发新药和活性物质，进一步开拓蒙药研究与开发的新空间。本文旨在为蒙药新药的研究与开发提供科学的思路与方法。

| Abstract: | cell culture is an important part of research in medicine and application of modern biological technol- ogy. This is a way of Mongolian drugs modernization and the breakthrough to the world using cell culture technique. It is needed to solve the problem how to use the cell culture technology to research and develop Mongolian drugs. Using cell culture technology can open up new space for research and development of Mongolian drugs, including cultivating new varieties of Mongolian drugs, preserving resources of rare and endangered germplasm and exploiting new drugs and bioactive substances in Mongolian drugs. This paper aims to provide ideas and scientific method for the research and development of Mongolian drugs. |
