摘    要:目的探讨在前置胎盘剖宫产术中采用止血带套扎子宫血管方法的临床效果。方法 2010年3月—2012年9月来我院分娩的中央型前置胎盘孕妇70例,根据不同的手术方法分为观察组和对照组。观察组在术中采用止血带套扎子宫血管的方法进行止血同时加用传统的方法;对照组只采用了传统的止血方法进行止血。观察比较两组患者的术中出血量,术后并发症以及失血性休克的发生率。结果观察组患者的术中出血量、术后并发症以及失血性休克的发生率等方面与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中央型前置胎盘剖宫产术中应用止血带套扎子宫血管减少出血,止血迅速、出血量少、术后并发症发生率低。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of the application of tourniquet to uterine blood vessels on bleeding control in cesarean section for parturient women with placenta previa. Methods A total of 70 parturient women with placenta previa bleeding in cesarean section from March 2010 to March 2013 were divided into trial group and control group at random. The trial group utilized tourniquet to reduce bleeding, and the control group used traditional method to hemostasis. Bleeding volume during operation, as well as rates of postoperative complication and hemorrhagic shock, was recorded. Results There were significant differences in bleeding volume and rates of complication and hemorrhagic shock between the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The clinical effect of tourniquet applied to reduce bleeding from placenta previa in cesarean section is significant, and the rate of complication is low.
