上海市某肿瘤医院走动式管理效果分析

目的：探讨对医院临床科室运用走动式管理模式进行医疗质量管理的效果.方法：根据走动式管理主要走访的内容,比较实施前后相应指标的变化.结果：走动管理模式实施后,各项指标均呈现良好趋势,医技医师对于临床医师的满意度提高.临床医师、职能部门工作人员对于走动式管理的满意度高.结论：在医院临床科室实施走动式管理有助于提高医疗质量及临床医技科室间的满意度.

Effect Analysis on the Management by Walking Around in a Tumor Hospital in Shanghai

Objective： To explore the effect on the management by walking around in the clinical departments of the hospital. Methods： Ac- cording to the content of the management by walking around, the corresponding indexes before and after the implementations of management model were compared. Results： Every index appeared to be better after the implementation of management model. Medical doctors for clinicians in the implementation of management by walking around get a higher satisfaction score for clinicians ; meanwhile, the model satisfied both of them. Con- clusion： Hospitals might be benefit from the walking around management model, the quality of healthcare might be improved, and the satisfaction degree between the clinical departments might be increased.
