医用硫酸钙颗粒在骨关节结核治疗中的应用探讨

目的探讨含妥布霉素可降解的医用硫酸钙颗粒在骨关节结核治疗中的作用和疗效。方法本组38例骨关节结核患者在给予彻底清除结核病灶及复位内固定的基础上。用含妥布霉索的医用硫酸钙颗粒或自体骨与硫酸钙颗粒混合物进行骨移植替代（其中脊柱21例，关节12例，胸骨5例；平均骨缺损量10～40cc。）。结果术后有36例一期手术治愈，早期观察硫酸钙颗粒吸收期21～60天，与植骨生长期同步，1例结核复发，1例局部形成滑囊积液，2例局部渗出量增多或病灶引流管置放时间延长。结论含妥布霉素医用硫酸钙颗粒在治疗骨关节结核骨缺损过程中，能对增加移植物容量，促进骨修复骨生长．以及提高骨结核治愈率起到积极的作用。

Application of Medical Calcium Sulfate Granule Incorporating into Tobramycin in Treatment.of Bone and Joint Tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of medical grade calcium sulfate granules incorporating into tobramycin in the treatment of bone and joint tuberculosis. Methods Total of 38 cases of bone and joint tuberculosis who underwent radical de bridement and instrument surgery. The medical grade calcium sulfate granules incorporated into tobramycin or autograft. The admixture was used as grafting material (Diseased localisations were spine(21/38), joint(12/38), stemum(5/38). The average volume of the bone loss was 10-40 cc.). Results Thirty-six cases were cured after the surgery. In the pilot study, the calcium sulfate granules were absorbed in 21 to 60 days. One case recrudesced. One case formed hydrocele of synovial bursa. Two cases had excessive local effusion, the focus drainage period was extended. Conclusion The application of medical grade calcium sulfate granules incorporating tobramycin can achieve good effects for bone and joint tuberculosis. It also has the effects of improved growth and repair of the bone.
