| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)的疗效及安全性。方法:138例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组用脑心通胶囊1.6每日3次口服,15d为1疗程,对照组采用通常的治疗方案。评价治疗前和治疗后的神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组与对照组比较,神经功能缺损评分改善显著(P0.01),治疗组显效率高于对照组(P0.01)。结论:脑心通胶囊治疗急性脑梗死比常规治疗疗效好,并且安全。

| Abstract: | Objective： Naoxintong Capsule in treatment of acute cerebral infarction efficacy and safety. Methods： 138 patients with ACI were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. Therapy group was given Naoxintong Capsule 1.6 three times a day for 15 day , control group with usual therapy method. Neurologic defect scoring system at admission and after treatment was evaluated. Results：To compare therapy group and control group, neurologic defect scoring was improved significantly （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, the excellent rate of therapy group was higher than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Treatment with Naoxintong Capsule for patients with acute cerebralinfarction was a more effective than the conventional therapy, and was safe. |
