攀枝花地区早市蔬菜及其土壤中V Zn Cr Cu Se微量元素分析

摘    要:目的:了解攀枝花地区早市蔬菜及其土壤中V、Zn、Cr、Cu、Se等微量元素含量,为产品营养价值评定提供依据。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定攀枝花地区部分早市蔬菜可食部分、叶面、土壤中V、Zn、Cr、Cu、Se等微量元素的含量。结果:攀枝花地区土壤中V、Zn、Cr、Cu含量丰富,但缺Se严重。早市蔬菜叶面微量元素含量普遍高于可食部分。结论:攀枝花地区早市蔬菜营养价值较高,应加大早市蔬菜叶面产品开发研究。

Analysis of trace elements V,Zn, Cr,Cu, Se etc in the morning market vegetables and soil in Panzhihua area,Sichuan

Abstract:Objectiv:To understand the content of trace elements V, Zn, Cr, Cu, Se etc in market vegetables and soil in Panzhihua area, to provide the basis for evaluating the nutritional value of products. Method: Using inductively coupled plasma spectrometer ( ICP - AES) content determination of trace elements V, Zn, Cr, Cu, Se in part area of Panzhihua market vegetable edible part, leaf, soil . Results: The soil in Panzhihua area is rich in V, Zn, Cr, Cu , but the lack of selenium is serious. The content of trace elements in leaves of vegetable market is generally higher than that of edible part. Conclusion:The nutritional value of morning market vegetables is high in Panzhihua area, We should increase the research and product development on leaves of market vegetable.
