| 摘 要： | 目的:测定麻黄、地肤子、白藓皮3种常见治疗荨麻疹中药中Fe、Cu、Mn微量元素的含量。方法:硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)分解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结果:3种中药微量元素存在明显差异,麻黄、地肤子、白鲜皮中元素含量大小排序均为:FeMnCu,回收率在90.0%~105.5%之间,RSD3%。结论:麻黄、地肤子、白鲜皮中3种微量元素含量存在差异,为探讨上述中药药效与相关微量元素的关系提供一定参考。

| Abstract: | Objective： to determine three common treatment of urticaria Fe, Cu, Mn in traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） the content of trace elements. Methods： nitric acid and perchloric acid （4 ＋ 1 ） decomposition samples, flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results： the three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） three kinds of trace elements exist obvious difference, ephedra, kochia scoparia, cortex dictamni, element content in the size are as follows： Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Cu. Recovery rate was between 90.0 % -5.5 %, RSD 3 %. Conclusion： Chinese ephedra, belvedere fruit, the differences in the. three kinds of trace elements content of cortex dictamni to explore the efficacy of Chinese traditional medicine and related the relationship between trace elements to provide certain reference. |
