摘    要:目的:测定鱼腥草根茎叶中Fe、Cu、Mn、Pb 4种微量元素的含量。方法:硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。结论:鱼腥草根茎叶中4种微量元素存在差异,根中元素含量大小为:FeMnCuPb,茎中含量为:FeMnCuPb,叶中含量为:FeMnPbCu。回收率在94.5%~104.4%之间,RSD2.9%。

Trace elements in comparison in the roots,stems and leaves of Houttuynia on iron,copper, manganese,and lead

Abstract:objective: To determination of Fe, Cu, Mn in h. cordata rhizome leaves, the content of four trace elements in Pb. Methods: Nitric acid and perchloric acid (4 + 1 ) decomposition of samples, flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Conclusion: H. cordata rhizome leaves in four kinds of trace elements is different, element content in the root of size: Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Cu 〉 Pb. Stems of content is: Fe 〉 Mn 〉 Cu〉 Pb. In the leaf content: Fe〉Mn〉Pb〉Cu. Recovery rate was between 94.5% -104.4%, RSD 〈2.9%.
