正交实验法优选草果挥发油的提取工艺

摘    要:目的: 确定草果挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件.方法: 采用正交试验法,以挥发油得率为考察指标,对提取过程中的粉碎粒度、加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间进行比较.结果: 影响草果挥发油得率的最主要因素是加水量,其次为蒸馏时间.结论: 正交试验法优选得草果挥发油的最佳提取工艺为A1B2C2D2.

Abstract:Objective: To establish the extraction technology of volatile oil from Amomum tsao-ko.Methods: The orthogonal test was employed to test the effects among volume of adding volume of water,particle size,time of immersion and time of extraction on the contents of volatile oil and optimize the extraction technology by orthogonal test.Results: volume of water was the most important factor which affected the yield of volatile oil,next was the time of extraction.Conclusion: The optimum extraction technology was A1B2C2D2 when the content was considered as preferential parameter.
