胃癌组织中SGTA的表达及临床意义

目的：研究小谷氨酰胺三角四肽重复区蛋白α（small glutamine-rich tetratricopeptide repeat-containing,SGTA）在胃癌组织中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系。方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测152例胃癌组织中SGTA的表达,并分析其与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果 ：免疫组织化学结果表明,SGTA在胃癌癌旁组织中阴性表达,而在胃癌组织中阳性表达。胃癌中SGTA的表达强度与胃癌患者组织学分级、临床分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）,而与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤大小及组织学分型无关,差异无统计学意义（均P〉0.05）。结论：SGTA表达异常可能与胃癌的发生与进展关系密切,可作为治疗的潜在靶点。

SGTA Expression and Clinical Significance in gastric Cancer

Objective： To study the effect of SGTA expression in human gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features. Methods：The SGTA expression in gastric cancer was detected by immunohistochemistry on 152 parffin-embedded slices, and the relationship of SGTA and clinical parameters was analyzed. Results：SGTA was positively expressed in gastric cancer by Western blot and immunohistochemistry, while negtively expressed in adjacent gastric cancer tissues. Multivariate analysis showed that, SGTA protein in gastric cancer was significantly correlated with histological grade （P=0.018）, pTNM staging （P〈0.001）, depth of invasion （P=0.016） as well as Ki-67 （P=0.021）;and had no relationship with other parameters such as age, sex, tumor size and histological type. Conclusions：The abnormal expression of SGTA might be closely related to the initiation and progress of gastric cancer, and thus might serve as a potential target for gastric cancer therapy.
