初发Ⅱ型糖尿病血糖控制前后胰岛素水平变化分析

目的 通过对血糖控制前后血胰岛素水平变化的研究,探讨初发Ⅱ型糖尿病患者高血糖对胰岛功能的影响,推测其胰岛素敏感性.方法 对54例初发Ⅱ型糖尿病患者按体重指数(BMI)分为肥胖组和非肥胖组,分别对其血糖控制前后空腹及餐后二小时血清胰岛素值进行配对比较.结果 肥胖组血糖控制后空腹及餐后胰岛素值下降,非肥胖组血糖控制后空腹及餐后胰岛素无变化.结论 推测Ⅱ型糖尿病患者患病初期血糖控制后主要表现为胰岛素敏感性增强,血糖控制对保护胰岛功能有一定作用.

The analysis of blood insulin change of newly diagnosed type II diabetes before and after glycemic control

Abstract] Objective To analyse the blood insulin change of newly diagnosed type II diabetic patients be-fore and after their blood glucose have been controlled ,to investigate the effect of hyperglycemia on the patients with newly diagnosed type II diabetes, and to estimate their insulin sensitivity .Methods According to their BMI, fifty-four patients with newly type II diabetes were assigned to obese group and non-obese group, then compared with their fasting blood insulin with their postprandial one respectively .Results After the blood glucose have been controlled, the fasting and postprandial blood insulin all have been reduced in obese group(P<0.01), but it is no difference in the non-obese group(P > 0.05) .Conclusion After the blood glucose have been controlled,the type II diabetic patient' s insulin sensitivity may be increased at the beginning of diabetes.The glycemic control can protect the pancreatic P cell function.
