丹参对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:钳闭肝脏左中叶,造成肝脏缺血—再灌注损伤模型,观察丹参的保护效果。结果肝脏缺血再灌注时,肝组织内丙二醛(MDA)和Ca2+含量增加,且缺血时间愈长,改变愈明显,肝脏损害愈严重,恢复愈慢。预先给予丹参能显著减轻上述改变。表明丹参抗氧化及防止细胞内Ca2+超负荷是其保护缺血再灌注肝脏的重要机制.

Abstract:A study was undertaken to observe and assess protection of redix salviae miliorrhazae (RSM) on hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury of rats in the left and median lever lobers.The results show that MDA and Ca2+in hepatic tissue gradually increased, The longer the hepatic lasted, the more serious the hepatic cellular injury was.Pre reatment with RSM can make the changes much less significant.The data suggest that protection of RSM against hepatic ischemia /reperfusion injury is due to antagonizing lipid peroxide and preventing overload of intracellular Ca2+.
