| 摘 要： | 目的 建立珍宝丸中栀子苷含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为ZorbaxSB-C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸（10：90），流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0．0447～5．8240μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=1．0000，平均回收率为99．61％，RSD为1．78％（n=6）。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好，适用于珍宝丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Zhenbao Pills. Methods The separation was performed on Zorbax SB-C18 column with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （10： 90） as the mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 238 nm with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 0. 044 7- 5. 824 μg for the geniposide （r = 1.000 0）. The average recovery rate was 99. 61% and RSD was 1.78% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Zhenbao Pills. |
