玻璃体切割术结合眼内激光治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变

目的 探讨玻璃体切割术结合眼内激光治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的效果。方法 10例15眼增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变病例均行玻璃体切割术，其中8例12眼同时进行眼内全视网膜光凝。术后随访3－6个月，对视功能恢复及糖尿病视网膜病变控制情况进行回顾性分析。结果 未行眼内激光的2例3眼中，1例双眼术后再次发生玻璃体出血，3个月后又行玻璃体腔灌洗术；1例1眼注入硅油，取油后发生新生血管性青光眼；行眼内激光8例12眼，术后糖尿病视网膜病变均得到控制。15眼中，视力下降1眼，视力不变1眼，其余12眼视力均有不同程度提高；2例2眼有视野缩窄。结论 玻璃体切割术结合眼内激光是治疗增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变的有效方法。

Vitrectomy combined with endolaser to treatment proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Objective To investigate the effect of vitrectomy combined with endolaser for treating proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR).Methods Ten cases (15 eyes) of PDR treated with vitrectomy were studied retrospectively. Among them, 8 cases (12 eyes) were applied endolaser simultaneously. The visual acuity and the recurrence of PDR were followed up 3~6 months. Results Among 2 cases (3 eyes)which did not receive endolaser, 1 case (2 eyes) received vitrectomy 3 months later because of recurrence of vitreous hemorrhage, 1 case (1 eye) developed neovascular glaucoma after silicone oil was removed 3 months later. The visual acuity was improved in 12 eyes, decreased in 1 eye, and no change in 2 eyes. Two cases (2 eyes) had visual field narrowed. Conclusion Vitrectomy combined with endolaser are useful procedures to treat PDR.
