女性早期腺性膀胱炎治疗方法探讨

目的比较经尿道电切和保守两种治疗方法的疗效，探讨女性早期腺性膀胱炎治疗方法。方法80例女性早期腺性膀胱炎患者随机分为两组：经尿道电切治疗40例，保守治疗40例。随访12月，对症状缓解率及膀胱镜检查治愈率进行统计分析。结果经尿道电切治疗组和保守治疗组尿频、尿急缓解率分别为47．4％（18／38）和54．1％（20／37），血尿缓解率分别为81．0％（17／21）和75．0％（15／20），下腹胀痛缓解率分别为64％（16／25）和66．7％（18／27），膀胱镜检查治愈率分别为40．0％（16／40）和32．5％（13／40）；两组均无癌变病例。结论早期的女性腺性膀胱炎患者，就症状缓解而言，手术治疗与保守治疗效果相似。

Reevaluation of the indications of cystitis glandularis of initial stage in female

Objective To evaluate the indications of cystitis glandularis of initial stage in female. Methods A prospective study of clinical data of 80 cases was conducted. The cases were divided into 2 groups at random. 40 patients of them （group A） received transurethral resection （TUR）, and 40 （group B） received conservative therapy. The cases were followed up to study the clinical response and curative ratio. Results All cases were followed up for 12 months. The remission rate of urinary frequency and urgency, haematuria and inferior belly gas pains was 47.4% （18/38） vs. 54. 1% （20/37）, 81.0% （17/21） vs. 75.0% （15/20）, and 64% （16/25） vs. 66.7% （18/27） respectively in group A and group B. The curative rate was 40.0% （16/40） vs. 32.5% （13/40） respectively. None had transformed into malignant tumor. Conclusion The efficacy of operation and conservative therapy to cystitis glandularis of initial stage in female is the same.
