锦州市卫生学校新生HBV感染的调查与分析

目的 了解我校入学新生乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的感染情况，为防治工作提供依据。方法 对344名学生进行肝功检测和HBsAg筛选，肝功能异常及HBsAg阳性者采用酶联免疫法检测乙肝“两对半”。结果 肝功能异常者25例，阳性率为7．27％，HBsAg阳性率为11．34％。男性HBsAg阳性率为8．14％，女性为3．20％。25例肝功异常者中24例HBsAg阳性。39例HBsAg阳性者中，16例HBsAg和HBcAb皆为阳性(男9例，女7例)。受检男性的e抗原及e抗体的阳性率均明显高于女性。结论 我校学生中肝功能异常与HBV感染关系密切，男性HBV的感染率明显高于女性。

Investigation and Analysis on HBV Infection among Freshmen in Jinzhou Medical School

Objective To understand the infection rate of HBV among the freshmen of Jinzhou Medical School and provide the references for prevention and treatment of hepatitis. Methods Liver functions and HBsAg were determined in 344 freshmen. Cases of HBsAg positive and abnormal liver function were tested with ELISA method. Results The rate of hepatic dysfunction was 7.27%(25/344)and the positive rate of HBsAg was 11.34%(39/344). The positive rates of HBsAg for males were 8.14% and 3.20% for females respectively. Among 25 students with hepatic dysfunction, 24 were HBsAg positive. In 39 HBsAg positive cases, 16 cases HBeAg and HBcAb were positive (9 males and 7 females).The positive rate of HBeAg and HbeAb on tested males are obviously higher than females. Conclusions There is a close correlation between hepatic dysfunction and HBV infection among the students in Jinzhou Medical School, and HBV infected rate for male students are obviously higher than female studenls.
