乙酰紫草素对小鼠肝癌移植性肿瘤的抑制作用初步研究

目的：观察乙酰紫草素对小鼠移植性肝癌H22的抑瘤作用。方法：采用小鼠肝癌H22模型进行体内抑瘤实验。观察荷瘤动物的生长情况，测量各实验组肿瘤体积及瘤质量变化，绘制肿瘤生长曲线并计算抑瘤率。结果：乙酰紫草素低、中、高三个剂量组的抑瘤率分别为23．39％、26．61％、37．90％（P〈0．05）。各实验组小鼠免疫器官未见明显抑制。结论：乙酰紫草素对小鼠肝癌H22具有一定的抑制作用。

Inhibitory effect of acetylshikonin on mouse H22 hepatocarcinoma

Objective： To investigate the inhibitory effect of acetylshikonin on tumor growth in H22 hepatocarcinoma bearing mice. Methods.The H22 hepatocarcinoma model in mice was used in the study. The growth curves and the growth inhibitory rate were analyzed by measuring the change of the hepatocarcinoma volume and weight of the each group. Results： Under the treatment of 0.5, 1 and 2mg/kg of acetylshikonin the inhibitory rates of H22 hepatocarcinoma xenografts in mice were 23. 3% （P〈0. 05）, 26.61% （P〈 0. 01）and 37.90% （P〈0. 05 ）, respectively. There were no weight changes in the thymus and spleen. Conclusion：Acetylshikonin has show obvious antitumor effect in vivo and little inhabitation of immune organ.
