| 摘 要： | 根据现代护理学对护士人文素质的要求,尝试对高等职业技术学院护生(以下简称高职护生)进行人文素质培养,根据要求制定高职护生人文素质教育计划,通过开设课程、举办培训班和讲座、进行竞赛等形式,丰富高职护生人文素质内涵,加强各方面素质与才能的培养,使其能适应未来护理工作的需要。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements of contemporaneity nursing,we try to practise and explore the method of cultivation for humanistic diathesis of nursing students,such as set up the new curriculum,training,lecture,competition and game and so on.So as to rich the students humanistic feeling,enhance their competence of the kinds of diathesis and to meet the nursing requirement in the future. |
