参芪扶正注射液联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合放疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法:参芪扶正注射液联合放疗为治疗组,单纯放疗为对照组。观察肿瘤的原发病灶、临床症状、生活质量、骨髓反应、放射性肺炎。结果:治疗组患者较对照组患者在治疗后其肿瘤原发灶控制、临床症状改善、生存质量提高、放疗反应的减少,均具显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌可提高放疗疗效;在减轻放疗不良反应、改善临床症状、提高生活质量、提高免疫功能、保护骨髓等方面有较好的临床效果。

The observation of therapeutic efficacy of shenqifuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy in treating limited and advanced non -small cell lung cancer

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of shenqifuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy in treating limited and advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Total of 100 patients were divided into two groups,group of shenqifuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy,group of radiotherapy,to observe the change of tumor,clinical symptom,quality of life,reaction of marrow and radiative pnumonian.Results:Compared with the matched control group,patients in the treatment group has shown dramatic diffence in the primary tumor control,clinical symptom improvement,quality of life improvement and the decrease of reaction for the radiotherapy.Conclusion:Shenqifuzheng injection combined with radiotherapy in treating limited and advanced non-small cell lung cancer will improve the curative effect,the radiotherapy adverse effect,clinical symptom,quality of life,immune fuction and protecting bone marrow.
