The use of adreno- and gangliolytics for preventing hemodynamic disorders in patients in the immediate preoperative period]

The indices of central and peripheral hemodynamics in 40 patients with the generally accepted scheme of premedication and in 40 patients who were given adrenogangliolytics for medicamentous preparing before narcosis have been analyzed. The inclusion of these drugs in the premedication preparing was established to ensure a sufficiently complete prevention of an excessive preoperative stress reaction.
