头孢噻肟和阿奇霉素联合治疗老年人细菌性肺炎的疗效观察

目的观察头孢噻肟和阿奇霉素联合治疗细菌性肺炎的疗效。方法对60例细菌性肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。两组均给予阿奇霉素0．3g／d静脉滴注，2次／d；观察组在此基础上增加头孢噻肟2．5g，静脉滴注，1次／d，两组疗程均为14d。结果观察组总有效率为93．3％，对照组总有效率为66．7％，两组的总有效率比较差异有统计学显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论头孢噻肟和阿奇霉素联合治疗老年人细菌性肺炎效果好。

The observation on the efficacy of combined treatment of cefotaxime and azithromycin in the treatment of the elderly patients with bacterial pneumonia

Objective To observe the efficacy of bacterial pneumonia. Methods Sixty elderly patients with bacterial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and comparison group, each 30. Two groups were given intravenous drip of 0. 3 g/d of azithromycin, 2 times per day. On the basis of the above treatment observation group was added intravenous drip of 2.5 g of cefotaxime once daily. Period of treatment for the 2 groups were 14ds. Results The general effective rate of the observation group was 93. 3%, while that of the comparison group was 66. 7%. The difference in the general effective rate between the 2 groups has statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combined treatment of cefotaxime and azithromycin for the bacterial pneumonia in the elderly has good efficacy.
