| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童分泌性中耳炎的有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析儿童60例（96耳）分泌性中耳炎综合治疗的疗效。结果治愈76耳（79．2％），好转12耳（12．5％），无效8耳（8．3％），总有效率为91．7％。结论综合治疗是治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore effective treatment method for secretory otitis media among children patients. Methods A retrospective study was made among 60 children （96 ears） with secretory otitis media treated by combined therapy. Results Of the 96 ears, 76 （79.2%） showed clinical cure, 12 （ 12. 5% ） improvement,and 8 （8.3%） inefficacy. The total effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion Combined therapy is an effective treatment method for secretory otitis media among children patients. |
