彩色超声在精索静脉曲张临床诊断中的作用

目的探讨彩色超声在精索静脉曲张（VC）临床诊断中的作用。方法采用高频超声对46例正常对照者的精索静脉及66例男性不育患者左侧曲张的精索静脉进行了检测。结果（1）正常对照组双侧平静呼吸时精索静脉最大内径（DR）、Valsalva试验时精索静脉最大内径（DV）、最大返流速度（Vmax）、返流持续时间（TR）差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；（2）精索静脉曲张组与对照组组间DR、DV、Vmax、TR比较的差异具有统计学极显著意义（P〈0．01）。结论高频超声可为男性不育精索静脉曲张患者提供精确的精索静脉内径、血流动力学等客观指标，有助于提高对精索静脉曲张所致的男性不育具体病因的进一步的认识、治疗及预后。

Clinical application of color ultrasonography in the varicoele diagnosis

Objective To investigate the effect of B-ultrasonography in the diagnosis of varicoele. Methods High frequency B-uhrasonography was applied to measure the bilateral spermatic vein of 46 healthy controls and the left spermatie vein of 66 infertile patients. Results （ 1 ） The DR in quiet respiration, the DV by Valsalva test, the Vmax, and the TR of the bilateral spermatic vein were not significantly different in the control group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. （2） The DR, DV, Vmax, and TR were significantly different between the varicoele and the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion High frequency B-ultrasonography is able to provide objective parameters such as accurate spermatic vein DR and hemodynamics for infertile varicoele patients, helping to further understand the cause, treatment, and prognosis of male infertility resulting from varicoele.
