薄层-紫外分光光度法对克泻灵胶囊总生物碱中槐果碱含量测定的效果分析

摘    要:目的测定克泻灵胶囊总生物碱中槐果碱的含量。方法以苯-丙酮-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(7:3:3:0.5)为展开剂,在氨水饱和的碱性环境中,于硅胶GF254薄层板上分离槐果碱。荧光下定位,采用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果槐果碱在2.16—10.8μg/ml(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,提取回收效率为98.2%,RSD为0.57%(n=5)。结论本法测定结果可靠、准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To determine content of sophocarpine of kexiehng capsule. Methods Developing agent was benzene-acetonum-acetoacetate-acetoacetate (7:3: 3: 0. 5 ) and was saturated with aqueous ammonia, segregating sophocarpine using GF254 thin layer plate. Content of sophocarpine was determined by UV and located by fluorescence. Results There was a good linear relationship of sophocarpine in the range of 2. 16 - 10. 8 μg/ml (r = 0. 9999). The extraction recovery was 98. 2%, RSD% was 0. 57% (n =5). Conclusion The proposed method was simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for content determination of sophocarpine.
