| 摘 要： | 应用胃癌单抗ID1-2对833例内窥镜活检组织进行了免疫学荧光检查,胃癌阳性检出率为81.6％:胃溃疡为32.7％;肠化生性蒌缩性胃炎为40.0％;食管和结肠腺癌分别为60.0％和62.5％,与单纯性萎缩性胃炎和浅表性胃炎的阳性检出率相比有非常显著的差异(P<0.01)。表明ID1-2单抗可用于检测活检粘膜组织中的癌细胞以及具有癌细胞相关抗原的癌前病变组织,如果与内窥镜及常规病理学检查联合应用,将可进一步提高早癌的阳性检出率。

| Abstract: | Eight hundred and thirty-three biopsy mucosa specimens sampled during gastroscopy were examined by immunofluorescence method using monoclonal antibody (McAb) against gastric cancer, Id1-2. The results indicated that the McAb had a reactivity of 81.6%, 32.7%, 40.0%, 60.0% and 62.5% with gastric cancer, gastric ulcer, intestinal type atrophic gastritis, oesophageal carcinomas and colonic adenocarc-inomas, respectively and their reactivity was significantly greater than that of simple atrophic gastritis and surface gastritis (p<0.01).The results suggested that this method may be used for examination of carcinomous cells in biopsy mucosa specimens and precancerous tissues containing tumOr associated antigen. When combined with gastroscopy and pathological study, the method may raise the early detection rate of carcinomas. |
