中医药高等教育必须遵循中医教育自身规律，发展的核心主题是传承创新，其主要目的是培养合格的中医药人才。在探索中医教育的实践中，创新中医经典教学体系，强化中医药知识传承；抓临床教育，打好中医临床实践功底；融合师承教育，不断优化中医临床人才培养机制；致力“英才教育”，积极提升研究生培养整体水平。中医药教育要突出自身特点，把握特殊规律，探索中医药教育多元化模式，汲取国内外先进教育理念，不断更新教育观念，使高等中医药教育又好又快发展。

Adhere to the Laws of Traditional Chinese Medicine Education and Train Successors

College education of traditional Chinese medicine has to adhere its own laws by laying stress on inherence and innovation for the purpose of training more qualified talents of traditional Chinese medicine. In its exploring practice it is essential to make innovation in teaching of the classical medical literature, reinforce knowledge passing and clinical study to lay a solid foundation for traditional Chinese clinical medicine. The teacher-apprentice system will be adopted and the training mechanism of clinicians must be strengthened. We have to emphasize ＂talent education＂ and improve the overall level of postgraduates. TCM education must lay stress on key points and seize its special laws to search for multiple educational modalities, and simultaneously to learn from other countries＂ advanced educational concepts and replace the old with new, which would develop TCM education quick and good.
